Cody Blackbird is a Native American musician who is well-known for his flute music. He was one of the highlights for me during the first day of the Kawerak Regional Conference in Nome. The Youth Leaders I was helping to chaperone seemed to really enjoy Cody’s music as well as the inspirational talk he had with them later in the day.
